About Happy Builder
HAPPY BUILDER:
Educational KAPLA workshops
LARGE SCALE WORKSHOPS
HAPPY BUILDER workshops can cater for a single class to a full school.
Just give us the number of students and age range and we will tailor a program that will match your needs.
WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS
From STEM program activities, to creativity challenge or team building exercise, we can offer a very wide range of creative workshops.
Transform your school hall into a Roman ancient city! Fill your classroom with giant exotic animals and skyscrapers!
TEAMWORK AND SOCIAL INTERACTION
HAPPY BUILDER workshops are ideal for teamwork as they encourage communication and cooperation.
Building together as a team gives children the opportunity to enhance their social skills.
SUITABLE FOR ANY AGE GROUP
Due to the progressive nature of KAPLA blocks, HAPPY BUILDER workshops can suit any age group from preschoolers, to high-school students and adults.
INTERACTIVE AND HANDS ON!
Our workshops are fully interactive and hands on program.
Each group will start building straight away after some basic guidance and will be working towards a common goal: building one giant structure together!

Creativity
The HAPPY BUILDER story...
Amelie and Sarah both grew up in France, surrounded by KAPLA blocks. They practiced at home but also at school where the little plank is used as an educational tool for 30 years now!
Following a career as an architect and corporate lawyer, Sarah and Amelie founded HAPPY BUILDER to bring their KAPLA experience to Australian classrooms.
They have both been specially trained for workshops using KAPLA building blocks and have been running workshops for 4 years in NSW Preschools and Primary schools including Steiner and Montessori.
Allowing the children to play and learn at the same time, Sarah and Amelie will teach the kids KAPLA building techniques that will allow them to unleash their creativity and become Happy Builders!
