Terms and Conditions of Payment


  All jobs will be charged based on the total number of children confirmed by the school or holiday

  program at least one week prior to the day of the incursion. This is to allow us to appropriately  

  arrange staffing for your incursion.

  Please note, in any case where the number of children exceeds what was confirmed by the school  

  or holiday program, the appropriate additional cost per child will be added to the invoice. Our Staff   will confirm exact student numbers with the teacher/ staff member in attendance at the incursion

  on the day to ensure that you are billed accurately.


 Cancellation Policy


  All cancellations must be made by phone or email no later than two weeks prior to the incursion  

  date. Any jobs cancelled within two weeks of the incursion date will incur a 50% charge of the total

  incursion cost. Any jobs cancelled one week of the incursion will incur a 100% charge of the

  total incursion cost.


           *Please note, any price are based on locations within metropolitan areas. Locations 25 km 

             or more from Sydney City CBD may incur a price increase or travel charge.
