RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The following policy is offered by Happy Builder in addition to your statutory rights, to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
RETURNS
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for returning the product to us (15 Raleigh Street Coogee NSW 2034) & for ensuring it is protected against damage during transit. If the item is received in original condition (i.e. we are able to sell this to another customer) then we will provide a refund of the purchase price. If the product is received damaged in any way, and we are unable to re-sell the product, then we will be unable to provide a refund.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major issue. This is when the item:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

is unsafe

is significantly different from the sample or description

doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
